We source fabrics, linings, zippers, buckles and webbing from qualified suppliers according to approved specifications. Before production, incoming materials are inspected for appearance, dimensions, color consistency, strength and colorfastness using professional equipment. Only approved materials are used in production, in line with applicable ISO, GRS, and BSCI requirements, and GRS-certified RPET options are also available for eco-friendly bag manufacturing projects.
After sample approval, the confirmed design is converted into standardized production patterns. Computerized nesting optimizes the fabric layout, while our automated nesting and cutting machine produces accurate and consistent components for sewing—reducing material waste and improving efficiency in bulk bag production.
Across seven dedicated sewing lines, skilled operators assemble the outer panels, lining, compartments, straps and reinforced stress points according to approved production specifications. Zippers, buckles and other components are then fitted, with in-line inspections checking stitch quality, alignment and attachment security throughout production.
Every finished bag undergoes a 100% final inspection covering workmanship, appearance, measurements, stitching, zippers, buckles, and overall function. Depending on the product and customer requirements, additional testing may include load, vibration, colorfastness, and water resistance. Nonconforming items are separated for correction or rejection before packing.
After final approval, bags are packed according to your private label requirements, including hangtags, barcode labels, polybags, inserts and shipping cartons. Before leaving our custom bag factory, each order is counted, sorted, and carton-marked, then coordinated with your nominated forwarder or logistics partner for shipment.
